Our Grass Fed Beef Oxtail is rich in colour and taste. Traditionally used in Italian and Korean cuisine, South Africans have adopted it for our Potjie Pots.

Oxtail is a perfect wintertime ingredient. Given that it’s mainly used in hearty stews and bubbling Potjies, it’s easy to understand how it will warm your home and your belly. However, our Grass Fed Beef Oxtail is so yummy, that you’ll have difficulty waiting for summer to pass. Afterall, cooking a potjie around the fire with friends, is pretty much a passtime back in South Africa. One of our favourite Oxtail recipes, is this Oxtail and Red Wine Potjie.
