Cookies provide information regarding the computer used by a visitor. We may use cookies where appropriate to gather information about your computer in order to assist us in improving our website.

Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer and stored on the computer’s hard drive. Such information will not identify you personally.

It is statistical data. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.

You can adjust the settings on your computer to decline any cookies if you wish.

This can easily be done by activating the reject cookies setting on your computer.

REFUNDS POLICY:

Our 7-day refund guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase, and there has been an error on our part , we will refund the cost of the item to you. If you have bought the item in error, or if you no longer want the product and request a refund in writing, the item would need to be returned within the 7 day period. Saffashaq will not refund the postage costs to you.  You must inform us in writing before returning the item(s). Only on the receipt of the returned items within the 7 day period will a refund be processed. 

If you return the items in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item excluding the postage amount.  If you want a refund or a replacement then the original item that you received will need to be returned to Saffashaq.  We also have a  7 day return policy on all non food items (clothing, pots, grids). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible on 07850191292 or on saffa.shaq@gmail.com. Please note refunds/cancellations are at the discretion of the Directors of Saffashaq. In the event of a refund being given, Saffashaq may still need to charge for the delivery / return of delivery if you have not given notice within 12 hours of ordering.

BEST BEFORE DATES

As most of our goods can take up to 3 months to arrive from the other side of the world, we sometimes have issues with best before dates. Please note that Best Before dates are simply a manufacturers indication of when a product tastes at its best, after which the taste and texture may be affected (although manufacturers are very cautious and sometimes bring dates forward for commercial reasons). Best before dates should not be confused with Use By dates which are set with health risks in mind.

We aim to display the date for any product within 14 days of its best before date. If you wish to know the dates for any products where the date is not displayed please give us a call on 07850191292, we appreciate that you are unable to inspect the products and would rather you do this than be disappointed after receiving your goods.  All items in our best before/sale category will be reduced in price due to the date.  If you have purchased any items from our Best Before/ Sale category  and are not happy with the product due to the date unfortunately there will be no refund on that product as the date will show on the product before you purchase it..  If you wish to send the item(s) back to Saffashaq you would have to be liable for the postage.

MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Menu and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the Checkout Button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order. Or contact us on 078 501 91 292

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible as to when we are able to send the requested product. Please check our website if we have the item in stock.

PRODUCT PRICES

The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the website. If by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned . All prices are inclusive of VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Please note the prices of the items does not include delivery charge which is included on the final stage of your order.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made between Monday and Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer on the completed order form. We will do our utmost to secure delivery within the time specified but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times are from dispatch date and not from order date.  On special occasions if you would like a Saturday delivery speak to the owner to arrange.  A higher fee will be charged for a weekend delivery.  If you do choose a weekend delivery and DHL don’t deliver on the Saturday.  Saffashaq will not be held liable.  Should you want to cancel the order due to the lateness of the courier, a refund will be given excluding the postage amount.  Saffashaq will have have to charge the customer a redelivery charge to send the items back to Saffashaq HQ.    

 

COURIER

Dispatched orders are scheduled to be delivered the following weekday (mon-fri) any time between 8am – 6pm. Deliveries are made on Weekdays only (no Weekends or Bank Holidays). Therefore, deliveries dispatched on a Friday are not due to be delivered until the following week.

The time frames are an ESTIMATION only.

We are not guaranteeing or agreeing to deliver your order to the above stated estimated time frames. They are a best estimation only and should be treated as such.

Courier Service we mainly use the courier DPD/DHL for large deliveries. However, they can and do sometimes make mistakes and therefore cannot guarantee deliveries will always be made on time.

Dispatch Schedule. There is the odd occasion where we might run out of time to pack all orders or might have to close our day of dispatch early. This is rare and may be the result of a promotion or when we have container to unload.

Customers purchase orders on the basis that dispatch and delivery time frames provided are an estimation only and that SaffaShaq will not compensate for deliveries outside the likely time frames.

BREAKAGES

Despite our very best efforts at packing goods carefully with insulation materials, couriers can on occasion damage goods. Please call SaffaShaq immediately to inform us of any breakages.

We ask that customers take receipt of their goods and notify us of the nature of the damages so we can take appropriate remedial action. You will only be compensated for the items that have been damaged . Please take pictures of any breakages and send them to 07850191292 or saffa.shaq@gmail.com

In this instance we will refund the value of broken contents or organise replacements.

Likewise customers that receive unsigned parcels left safe by the courier with broken contents will be offered a refund to the value of the broken contents.

Overdue or Missing Parcels – Courier

At the time of dispatch (usually 5pm), Customers are emailed a courier reference number, a website address for tracking and a customer service telephone number. This allows you to track progress of your parcel.

If you are experiencing problems with a courier delivery, please contact the courier first as they are the ones who will have the

package and should be able to provide the best information. Likewise, customers are better at relaying directions for lost drivers and premises descriptions.

If you still have any difficulties, please contact us immediately on 07850191292 so we can attempt to rectify the situation.

Remember – the sooner we know about any problem, the more likely we can solve it. For insurance purposes any problems must be reported within 7 days of dispatch.

Overdue or Missing Parcels – 

If your package has not arrived and no collection card has been received, please check with your local sorting office to see if there are any undelivered packages for the relevant address (we really do have a lot of cases where a card apparently has not been left but have parcels have been returned marked as uncalled for)

The vast majority of deliveries outside the estimated time frames do eventually get delivered or returned to us. For this reason, we will not act unless a delivery remains missing for 10 Royal Mail delivery days (Mon-Sat).

Customers that choose to specify a place to leave parcels, do so entirely at their own risk.

Credit Card Security

We use a specialised third party organisation (stripe payments) and Paypal to process our transactions, as such we do not view or hold your Credit Card details in our database.
