I use an old traditional recipe to make the original vanilla fudge. It’s crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth fudge like we get back in SA. Saffa fudge has a medium hard texture, unlike the local fudge in the UK which is soft. Warning its very addictive.
Ingredients: sugar, butter, condensed milk, salt & vanilla essence, vinegar.
